I'm not sure what it is, but I know, for me, it's not right.
My left big toe has been numb for about a month and a half now. The feeling is.....strange. I can feel it, but it feels like it's been shot with Novocaine. Sometimes my right big toe feels like it too, but I'm mostly annoyed by my left. If something or someone brushes up against it, it hurts.
Strange.
I've been having huge problems with headaches again. I'm also having a very strange sensation in my head. My head feels......fuzzy. I don't really know how to describe it. It's not on my face, but inside my head. Sometimes I can feel it near my throat and sometimes I can feel it behind my nose. I know this sounds strange, but that's because it is. When I get warm, the feeling is worse.
All I know for sure is that it's not my 'normal'.
Yesterday I was doing one of my clients hair who is a massage therapist. I told her all about my thing. She pressed on my neck and I could feel it way deep in my head. It freaked us both out, so I called the neurologist today. I can't see the doctor I saw after I had Jack, so I'll see a PA on Monday morning.
My guess is that I have a pinched nerve somewhere.
Anyway, I just thought you'd probably want to know. You're all good like that.
Have a good weekend!

You are right...all that fuzzy stuff isn't normal.
I am glad you are able to see SOMEONE Monday. Hopefully they'll find some answers for you.
I am so glad you are going to see someone about that. I hope it is nothing serious. :) Good Luck!
Hoping my favorite stylist feels better real soon.
I'm glad that you're looking into it - it does sound very strange! I really hope that they can help you get some relief!
P.S. We will be in Milbank June 6th through the 12th. Do you think that we could work out a visit somehow???? I'd love to see you and the kids! :-D
Ok, that's kinda scarey stuff. I am glad to hear that you are seeing a doctor because you totally freaked me out.
kerrie, these posts freak me out! you have the most keen awareness of these things in your body. wow.
do you think it's because of all of the time spent on your feet?
Oh my gosh, I hope that you are able to figure this out. What a scary feeling! It definately isn't normal, so I am glad to hear you got an appointment right away!
