Ok, first of all, if you look at this photo and don't think this child looks exactly like Natey did when he was a baby - get off the crack. :)
I ended up not going to Sioux Falls yesterday. I'm not sure what I was thinking (probably lack of sleep), but I had it in my head that I was going to leave the house at 9:30. His appointment was at 10. When Justin asked what time I was leaving (as I stood there still in my pj's at 8:30) and gave him my answer of 9:30, he looked at me as if I'd lost my mind. He said "Uh - that's not going to work." After thinking about it (nice concept) he was right. I might have made it had I not taken a shower, but I didn't want to do that. I just rescheduled for today.

Jack weighed in at 11.4 pounds and is 23 inches long (he was 6.11 and 19 in at birth). I gave Dr. Henry the run down and told him what was up. He decided to test him for RSV because there is a ton of that going around I guess. We should get the results of that test this afternoon. Natey has the bug and I have something as well. Just after less than a day of my nose running, it's chapped and I want to cut it off. My head feels as though it could explode at any moment. It's not much fun. As for the kids, we'll continue to do nebs with Jack and Justin gave Nathan one today as well.
I had to leave this for a while and while I was gone the nurse called to let me know that the RSV test was negative. THANK GOODNESS!
Ok, so check out this adorable baby!

Ok, so last week I saw some cute food/craft ideas on the view. This one I thought was a great idea and very simple. Natey and I had fun making lips. I was cracking up. He looks like such a hick!

So glad to hear that it's not RSV. Cute lips too, is that an apple and peanut butter? Fun activity!
Thanks Heidi. Yes, apples with creamy peanut butter and marshmellows. Very fun!
Kerrie,
I am also glad that Jack does not have RSV. That is really good news!!! He is such a little Nathan. Thanks for sharing the pictures. Take care of all your little sick ones (and yourself)
Love ya,
Linda
I'm glad your doctor tested Jack for something. I hate it when I get the old "it's just a virus" thing. As I've mentioned numerous times, Alex has always been susceptible to colds, and if it wasn't for the specialist he finally saw I think I would have lost my patience with doctors.
Hey Ker! Glad to hear that Jack doesn't have RSV. Natey and Jack do look alot alike. You don't even need to look at Natey's baby pic to see that! Jacks pic also looks a lot like Claire......All of your kids look a like!! You can def tell that they are Bro's & sis! Luv the Hillbilly lips Natey!
From the pictures I've seen, I've always thought Jack looks a lot like Nathan. I can see some Claire in there too, though.
Jack is getting so big already! Why do babies have to grow so quickly??
Love ya!
