My kids call Jennie 'Icky Bug'.
On the way over to Tracy's house this morning
I told Nathan that Icky Bug had her baby.
Natey was so excited! He wanted to know if we
could go see them today. He said he could skip
swimming lessons to go. Cute, right!
I plan to see them on Saturday while Justin and the kids
are up in Aberdeen for the weekend.
I got a chance to talk to Jennie for a little bit this morning.
She's very tired. She didn't sleep well last night as she was
filled with excitement and anticipation of Tyler's birth.
There are 17 new mom's waiting to be discharged today,
so Jennie and Tyler will be in their birthing room
until about 5 today. Wowza!

They're sending her home already?? I was in the hospital for three days! Everything must have been smooth sailing for her.

No, not home yet. There are 17 other mom's to send home, making Jennie have to wait to be on the baby floor. Sorry for that mix up. Ha! I'm sure she can't even walk yet after her surgery. =)

oh what joyous news! let her know that we all are thrilled for them.
heck, if i know the nurses...they'll have her doing sprints up and down the floor by lunch. i thought after a c-section i'd be left in peace! not so, "heidi, you need to get up and walk now." "um, have you finished sewing me up yet?"

What a precious little guy. I hope Jennie heals fast and got some much needed rest. When you see her, tell her congrats for me.
