We've just had the unofficial official last weekend of the summer. I hate to see it go. I know what's right around the corner. COLD! I don't like it. I've never liked it. (folding my arms pouting)
I didn't have to work Sunday night, so Monday I took the kids on a picnic. When I was young I loved picnic's. My kids are no different. Nathan couldn't wait for it to be time to leave. A couple of Christmas' ago, my mother-in-law got me the most awesome gift; a picnic basket.
The kids had such a good time. Poor Jack is teething like a mad man so he was cranky in the beginning, but once he got out of his car seat and rolled around he enjoyed the picnic too.
I started this post on Monday and for some reason blogger wouldn't upload any of my pictures. What does one do when you can't upload pictures? Right! You make a slide show or a movie. Enjoy!

That is some fine dining music you had there, with your fine dining food. Did you really put a picture of Natey in there, giving you the number one sign? You know, the finger in the middle? He really is learning some great things at school!
Yes, it would appear that he's giving us the bird, but it was his face that I was trying to capture. :) Lets focus on the face he's making.
What a fun day! The music was perfect to capture the last day of summer...I love, love, love the last B/W pic of Nathan and Claire holding hands. Perfect! Have I mentioned that I can't wait until you don't have to work weekends anymore? Then we can do more of these fun things together. YAY!

Oh, I love the picture of the three of them sitting there on the blanket! How precious. I also noticed the friendly "bird" from Nate! Made me giggle!! Looks like everyone had a great time!!
